Makes 1 cocktail

60ml Suburban Gin
10ml Dry Vermouth
15ml Dill pickle brine

Stir all ingredients with lots of ice in a chilled mixing glass. Double strain into a martini glass or coupe and garnish with wild fennel fronds or a mini dill pickle!
