Our take on the classic Pink Lady

Makes 1

15ml Suburban gin

45ml Bitter Sweet Aperitivo
30ml orange juice
7.5ml lemon juice
15ml egg white or acquafaba

Dry shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker - this helps to build up a nice foam to your cocktail. Add ice and shake again until well chilled and strain into a frosty coupe or martini glass. Garnish with edible flowers if you’re feeling fancy!
